We are seeking a high energy and dynamic candidate for the position of ERP Consultant. Depending on the level of experience, this consultant may assist with Technology Strategy, Selection and/or ERP implementation engagements for high growth mid-market organizations. This position is a full-time 40 hour per week opportunity. ATX is based in Biddeford, Maine and services clients across the United States. Ideal candidates will be based in Southern Maine with availability to work in the ATX office. This position may require partial week travel to client sites located across the United States as normal business practices resume.
The ideal candidate will have ERP implementation experience along with a solid understanding of common business needs around Accounting, Supply Chain, Inventory, and/or Manufacturing. We are not looking for expertise with any singular platform. ATX is a product agnostic advisory services firm that provides IT strategy, selection and implementation support services related to a broad range of industries and products. The ideal candidate would have strong functional and business process skills.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will assist with a variety of tasks supporting both our clients and internal operations. Assigned tasks will be based on the candidate’s skill set but may include:
Support for technology assessment, selection, and implementation engagements including documentation, research, and analysis
Preparation, review, and editing of client deliverables using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio
Requirements documentation
Software Implementation support services including testing, data cleansing, and data analysis
Integration design
Reporting
Assistance with marketing collateral and business development initiatives
Other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Relevant ERP experience is a requirement of this position. The successful candidate will be able to gain experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment and have the opportunity to work directly with the leadership of the firm. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of professional experience.
The ideal candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial setting working on many projects simultaneously. Candidate must have a strong attention to detail with the ability to understand the big picture. Candidate must be highly motivated and see themselves as an independent thinker and problem solver with a thirst for learning.
