Our client is a purchasing consortium that aggregates the buying power of approximately 400 organizations in New England. They recently changed their revenue model and go to market strategy which has rapidly expanded the number of organizations they work with and their systems and processes have not been able to keep pace. ATX conducted a strategic review of their processes and systems to develop a plan and business case for transforming both their business processes and technology environment to keep up with the demand and compete better with other consortiums servicing the same customers.
