Our client is a national ERP implementation firm that has experienced rapid growth over the last several years. As part of this growth, the organization has identified a need to redefine their consulting delivery model to be able to continue to scale the business while continuing to operate efficiently. ATX was engaged to assist in this transformation including an initial evaluation of the organizations structure, processes and technology utilized.
