Tonia is an experienced IT Leader specializing in strategic planning, enterprise software applications, and project management. Prior to joining ATX, Ennis was the Executive Director of Enterprise Shared Services for the State of Maine Office of Information Technology. She was also a Managing Partner and President of One Bridge Consulting, an information technology consulting and professional services firm specializing in identifying solutions that align business strategy with technology. 

Currently, Ennis is the president of the Maine Technology Users Group (MTUG), which brings business leaders and IT professionals together to network, educate, and share technology experiences. Specific career experience she brings to ATX includes strategic planning, people management, process improvement, enterprise level project management, and customer service. Other areas of expertise include product development and delivery, vendor contract management, performance management, and team building.

Outside of work Tonia enjoys spending time with her three teenage daughters, trail walks with her dog, Mookie, and spending time on the water.
